Mindfully Fashionable is a Gander&Go project offering colour-analysis tools, a website, and free and Pro browser-extension features. We aim to minimise data use and explain clearly when information stays in your browser and when a third-party service is involved.
1. Who we are and contact

2. Colour tools and website
The website includes colour information, quizzes and browser-based tools. Where you use the image colour-analysis web app, the image you select is processed in your browser to let you crop or select a colour and analyse it. The tool is designed to process the image locally; it does not intentionally upload your selected image to Gander&Go for analysis.
As with most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request information, IP address, browser details and access logs. We do not use the colour tools to build advertising profiles or track your shopping activity across websites.
3. Free browser extension
The free Mindfully Fashionable extension provides its stated colour-analysis features. When you activate the colour picker, it accesses the active tab to sample a colour from visible page content and display the result. The extension may temporarily capture the visible tab so it can read the selected pixel; this processing is performed locally in the browser for colour analysis.
If you choose to save a colour or item, the extension may store the sampled colour (including HEX/HSL values), seasonal classification, match-confidence score, selected palette, page or product title and URL, save date, and any note you enter. The selected palette and saved items are stored in Chrome extension storage. The current colour-analysis code does not upload these saved records to Gander&Go's own servers.
The extension reads page content and uses cursor position while the colour picker is active to provide the feature you requested. It is not intended to build browsing-history profiles, collect passwords or form entries, or use browsing data for advertising.
4. Pro browser extension, account access and payments
Mindfully Fashionable Pro uses ExtensionPay to provide purchase, sign-in and paid-access verification features. ExtensionPay communicates with its service over HTTPS. Depending on the action you take, ExtensionPay may process information such as your email address, ExtensionPay account identifiers, payment/access status and transaction-related information. The extension also stores an ExtensionPay installation/API key and related access information in Chrome extension storage so it can communicate with the service and check Pro access.
Purchases are handled through the external checkout/payment flow associated with ExtensionPay and Stripe. Payment card details are entered through the payment provider's checkout rather than the extension's colour-analysis interface. Gander&Go does not receive or store your full payment-card number through the extension, but payment and account providers may process information needed to complete a purchase, prevent fraud, maintain records and verify access.

Because Pro communicates with ExtensionPay for account and paid-access functions, it would be inaccurate to say that Pro never communicates with external servers. These communications are separate from local colour analysis and saved-item storage. This policy describes the extension integration; the providers' own notices govern their processing on their services.
5. Information stored by the extensions
The extensions store the selected palette and, when you choose to save an item, colour samples, colour values, classifications, match-confidence scores, product/page details, URLs, notes and save dates in Chrome extension storage. The Pro payment integration may also store an ExtensionPay installation/API key and account/access information needed to check paid status. Chrome Sync may synchronise some extension-storage values according to your Chrome settings and the storage area used; availability and behaviour can depend on the installed version and browser settings.
You can manage or clear saved colour records through the extension's available controls or browser settings. Removing an extension may remove its local data, but does not delete records held by ExtensionPay or Stripe. Account and transaction records held by third parties are subject to those providers' retention practices and legal obligations.
6. Data sharing and sale
Gander&Go does not sell personal information. We do not share locally saved colours, product details or notes with advertisers. ExtensionPay and Stripe receive or process information as needed to provide Pro purchases and account access. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security or misuse.
7. Permissions and user control
Browser permissions are used to provide extension features such as accessing the active tab and running the colour-picker interface when activated. You choose when to use the colour picker and whether to save items. The precise permissions shown by Chrome may depend on the installed extension version.
8. Security and retention
Local extension data remains in your browser profile unless you clear it or it is removed by browser or extension actions. Third-party payment and account records are retained according to the providers' policies and legal obligations. We take a data-minimisation approach, but no internet service or local device can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children's privacy
Mindfully Fashionable is not specifically directed at children, and Gander&Go does not knowingly collect children's personal information for its own purposes.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose whether to sample or save colours, edit or delete saved items in the extension, and clear local extension data through available controls or browser settings. Requests relating to payment or ExtensionPay account records may need to be made to the relevant provider. Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have legal rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information; contact us and we will respond to requests within the scope of our responsibilities.
Contact form
If you use the website contact form, we collect the email address and message you submit so that Gander&Go can respond. Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to [email protected]. FormSubmit processes the information needed to deliver your message under its own privacy terms. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form.

This policy may be updated when our products, features or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date.
